Slow Cooking For Busy Bitches: Mint Aero Cake!

Yes, I am still alive and I’ve missed you all! Sorry for the lack of posts lately, I’ve started a fabulous new job and between that and looking after my son, I’ve had zero time to update my beloved blog for you. Alas, I am back with a corker!

Slow cooker Cake Aero Bubbles CakeThe craving for cake overcame me, so I did my super easy cheats cake. Just like all of my ‘recipes’ within my Slow Cooking For Busy Bitches series, this one is so easy and darn tasty!  On with the show…

SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE AERO BUBBLES CAKEHere’s how to make this heavenly minty cake wonder:

- Line your slow cooker with greaseproof paper (this makes getting the little blighter out so much easier and cleaner!)

- Make the cake as per the instructions on the packet or if you have the time, make one from scratch -I’m too much of a busy bitch for this, so I cheat.

- Carefully add the gorgeous Mint Aero Bubbles on top of the mixture. A few will sink but this only adds to the taste!

- Pour in to your slow cooker and cook on high for 2-3 hours and Ta-Da, it’s all done!

I love to make my cakes in the slow cooker as they always turn out so moist and tasty.

Will you be making this? Have you had success using your slow cooker for cheeky puddings?
