Slow Cooking For Busy Bitches: Butter Chicken

I wont insult you by telling you this is a ‘recipe’. It’s my favourite Butter Chicken, prepared via my favourite method. I’m really not a fan of spicy food at all but this dish is mild and full of flavour!

 Slow cooker Butter Chicken

Here’s how I made a cracking dish that fed me for days!

- Add 3 or 4 frozen chicken breasts straight into your slow cooker

-Pour over the contents of your Butter Chicken jar (swill around some water in the end to get it all out). This large jar, 500g costs 98p from Tesco.

- Cook on low for 5-6 hours

- You could add some veg like I did towards the end of the cooking process (I went for Spinach because I cant get enough of the green magic)
